BENDING
• 225 tonne x 3m CNC Press Brake
• 16 & 36 tonne horizontal bending machines

PUNCHING
• Hydraulic Punching, 160 tonne double-ended

WELDING
• MIG & TIG Welding (Coded to BS EN 288-3:1992)
• TIG welding up to 400 Amps and MIG welding up to 450 Amps
• Robotic Plasma Welding for Large Volume, High Quality Welds
• Spot-Welding of 0.5-3mm plate

CUTTING
• Guillotining up to 3m x 8mm Stainless steel & 3m x 12mm Mild Steel
• Plasma Cutting up to 25mm plate using a CNC Profiler
• Fully automatic Band-saw with mitreing facility
• & jaw capacity of 510 x 330mm

THREAD ROLLING
• Fully automatic Thread Rolling up to M16 in Stainless Steel
• & M20 in Mild Steel
